Off the bat, talking to Mike over the phone he expressed how he stood by the quality of his work. If I was unhappy with the results, he would make sure to fix it to our liking. He also offered the best pricing compared to most local companies.
When Mike arrived he was more than prepared and had all the equipment organized; while also wearing mask and gloves (COVID Protocol). Took about an 1-1/2 hrs to get the job finished. We were more than happy with the results.I would highly recommend Mike at SupraClean for anyone looking to make their carpet extra clean.

"I'm doing a home refresher so needed to start with cleaning the carpets. I requested a quote over the weekend and Mike responded quickly! He explained his process, his quote and what it included.
After reading reviews and hearing his process for cleaning, I moved forward with using Supraclean. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! They called morning of and gave me a time they would be arriving. Showed up on time and very prepared with PPE - masks, gloves, booties. They put up guard rails so walls weren't knicked.
Mike & his colleague were friendly and did such a WONDERFUL job on my carpets. He even checked in day after to make sure I was satisfied with how the carpets looked & felt (they felt fluffy! Not crunchy!). I couldn't rave enough about Supraclean. Thanks Mike!!"

"I hope you never need a water or mold remediation service, but if you do, you need to call Supraclean! Mike and the team were incredibly responsive, communicative and professional. They worked quickly and cleanly and worked around our family and pets (which couldn't have been easy). They also dealt directly with our insurance company, which made it really easy for me. I recommend them highly. They help to make your bad situation better!"

"If I could give 10 stars I would! When I walked in my home after Supraclean had completed the carpet cleaning, I was floored!
